These 50 questions follow a class 11 and 12 syllabus rather than a pub-quiz grab bag. Physics, chemistry and biology carry the biggest share; then calculus, probability and sequences, modern world history, the physical geography of the atmosphere and oceans, and the novels and plays read in junior English. Each answer comes with a one-line explanation that adds something the textbook left out.
