50 free Happy Gilmore trivia questions with answers — trivia quiz, new questions added Aug 2026.
Happy Gilmore should not have worked: a washed-up skater with a 400-yard drive, a one-handed mentor, a grandmother in tax trouble and a rival who talks like a soap-opera villain. Nearly thirty years on it is still the golf film that real golfers quote on the tee, and the 2025 sequel brought back Shooter, Virginia, the tour and a small stadium's worth of cameos. These 50 questions cover both films: the plot beats everyone remembers and a few they do not, the deal over Grandma's house, the final-hole chaos, the cast of the original and who plays whom in the sequel, the real golfers and athletes who turned up, and the behind-the-scenes stories, from an uncredited script polish to the jacket colour that had to change. Play it before a rewatch, settle an argument in the group chat, or print it for a golf-trip quiz night.
