91 free PUBG: Battlegrounds trivia questions with answers — technology quiz, new questions added Oct 2026.
This PUBG: Battlegrounds trivia quiz covers the game that turned battle royale from an ARMA mod into the biggest genre in gaming: Brendan 'PlayerUnknown' Greene's idea, Bluehole's Korean studio, the March 2017 early-access launch and the records that fell in the months that followed. The easy questions cover the basics: how many players drop, what the winner is told, the name of the first map, the shrinking safe zone and the free-to-play switch. From there the quiz moves through the Xbox and PlayStation ports, PUBG Mobile and its Chinese rebrand, the esports beginnings and the Guinness World Records. The harder half is for players who remember the Fix PUBG campaign: the film that inspired the whole idea, why the safe zones are circles, the composer of the theme, the Epic Games and NetEase lawsuits, the national bans, the Callisto Protocol connection and the 2025 end of support for last-generation consoles. Every answer was checked against the encyclopaedia entry for PUBG: Battlegrounds before publishing. If you enjoy this, try our Fortnite and video game history quizzes next.
